I placed my order on a Tuesday morning, by close of business day Tuesday I got confirmation my item was ready for pick up! I chose the will call option since the place was close to work. Got my item went home and installed it. Everything I needed was in the package and I had no issues. The item was not scratched or hard to assemble. I was presently surprised with the whole experience! I did my research before ordering the product and the base fit my TV it went on with ease and i has no issues assembling it.
